Select the machine number, choose your cycle, make payment, and press start. Instructions are displayed on the “How to Use” sign in the store.

You can bring your own, or purchase detergent and softener from the vending machine on site.

Yes. Please use the large-capacity washers and dryers marked for bulky loads.

Standard washes take around 25–30 minutes; drying usually takes 30–40 minutes depending on load size and fabric type.

Payments & Refunds

We accept tap-and-go cards, mobile payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay), and coins. Some locations also support our mobile app.

Refunds are only issued for verified machine faults, not user errors (e.g., wrong cycle, overloaded machine). Contact details for refund requests are displayed on site.

Only coins are accepted at the machines.

Hours & Access

Open daily Monday-Sunday from 5 AM – 11 PM. Last wash must begin before 10 PM.

Our laundromat is fully self-service and monitored remotely. For assistance, call or message the support number displayed inside.

Safety & Cleanliness

Yes. All machines and surfaces are sanitized daily to maintain hygiene standards.

You may, but it’s at your own risk. We recommend staying nearby while your wash or dry cycle runs.

Yes — connect to our network displayed on the wall signs.

Yes, we offer laundry products, drinks, and snacks in our vending machine.

Machine Issues

Note the machine number and contact our support line. Do not try to open the machine manually.

Add extra time in smaller increments to finish drying — overloading can affect drying performance.

No. We are a self-service laundromat, we do not offer wash and fold or delivery services at this point in time.
